Jon Kaempfer – Board President Jon has been a mortgage broker for 20 yrs and is a Mortgage Banker with Comstock Mortgage, specializing in FHA, VA, and other loan programs. He is currently a State Board Member for the California Association Of Mortgage Professionals since 2006 and A Board Member and Past President (1999) of the same local association and member since 1992. He was voted “Associate of the Year” (2002-2003) in the State by the California Association of Mortgage Professionals.
Glenn Olsson – Imediate Past President Glenn served 2 terms as President. A native of Dallas, Texas Glenn moved to California in June 2002. Started working as a loan officer in January 2003. He has been a member of CAMB (now CAMP) since January 2003. Glenn worked previously for Delta Air lines, Coca Cola, and Otis Spunkmeyer and was a top producer at all of these companies.
Lynda Armes – Government Affairs Chair, State Regional Vice-Chair for Government Affairs Lynda’s enthusiasm and passion for home ownership and the opportunity to assist clients in reaching their financial goals has fueled the 20 plus years she has served her clients and her industry. That same passion has led Lynda to serve on the CAMP Board of Directors in a variety of positions, including President. Lynda and husband Sam have 6 children and 14 grandchildren. They enjoy motorcycle touring; traveling and are active in community activities and cancer related fundraising.
Paul McGowan - Board Treasurer - Paul has been in Mortgage Lending for over 15yrs. He started in Retail with B of A. After 6 years of not having the “people interaction” he loved, he found the team he’s been working with for last 10 years. They started out as a different company which was quickly bought out by another, bigger company which today is EverBank. Paul said “I Love my Job and the People I work with…and since I Love Money, becoming the Treasurer for Sacramento CAMP seemed like a perfect fit.”
Scott Short, MBA - Education Chair - Scott started in the mortgage origination business in 1990 directly after graduating with a Masters Degree in Finance. He is also currently a member of the board of directors for the Sacramento Association of Realtors.
Scott St. John – Board Member Scott is Vice President of Production for American Pacific Mortgage. He travels the country training loan officers and realtors on cutting edge strategies to build their business. A 30+ vet of the business, Scott is recognized as a nationwide expert in loan and lead generation and database management. Scott serves as a Director on the Advisory Boards of Freddie Mac, Oregon Association Mortgage Professionals and the Idaho Association of Mortgage Brokers. He also serves on the Greater Sacramento Chapter of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals. Scott resides in the foothills of Lake Tahoe.
Anthony Lombardo – Secretary Anthony started in the mortgage business in 2003 after 5 years as an Electrical Engineer at Intel. Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Anthony moved to Arizona to learn the mortgage business and moved back home in 2008. Anthony is the President and owner of Hi-Tech Mortgage, Inc., a banker and broker in AZ and CA.
Nannette Alonso – Membership Committee Nannette is with Pacific Mortgage Consultants and is a new board member of CAMP GSC. She’s been a loan officer since 2001 and loves seeing her client’s joy when they become homeowners. Her goal is to help increase membership in the greater Sacramento area. Tracy Fitzgerald – Board Member – Tracy has been a mortgage professional over 14 years. She has her Broker’s License and originated loans for 7 years. For the last 7 years she has been thrilled to be an Account Executive, now at Sierra Pacific Mortgage. Married for 32 years with 2 adult children, she spends lots of time boating and traveling. She’s a big supporter of Make A Wish and St. Baldrick’s.
Vince Kaleel – Board Member – Vince has been a mortgage professional over 20 years. He started in retail mortgage banking with Sears and Crossland Mortgage. Vince moved to the wholesale world in 1997 as a Wholesale Account Executive with North American Mortgage. In 2009, after working for Freedom Mortgage wholesale, he decided to go to work for Comstock Mortgage, a local retail mortgage banker with great sales and operations staff he respected and had enjoyed working with in the past.
Debbie Reinhardt – Board Member Debbie has been originating loans and helping loan officers increase their referral business for over 30 years. She served for two years as Vice President of CARL in San Jose before moving to the Sacramento area. Debbie has been a branch manager for American Pacific Mortgage since 1999.
Bob Willett – Board Member Bob enjoys helping people understand just how our industry works and being involved at a higher level. In addition to serving on CAMP GSC’s board of directors, he also serves on the on the education committee of the Sacramento Association of Realtors where he is active with the affiliate finance forum.
Bob was on the education, public relations, and lender liaison committees at the Stockton Association of Realtors, chairing the lender liaison committee for one year, and sat on the board of directors for the San Joaquin Mortgage Association for five years and was president for one of those years. Bob has also been an adjunct professor at San Joaquin Delta College, where he was part of developing the 1st mortgage banking certification program in conjunction with the Mortgage Bankers of America and California State University at Stanislaus.
His volunteer teaching includes Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center, and the Sacramento Association of Realtors, City of Davis. As a member of the Rotary Club of Point West, Sacramento he served on its board of directors and it’s foundation board.
Leo Whitton – Board Member Leo’s 20+ years in the mortgage industry began as a retail loan officer. In 1997 he transitioned into wholesale as an Account Executive for Pacific Guarantee Mortgage. His retail background has enabled him to have a better understanding of an originators perspective. His insight and experience has enabled him to assist his broker partners in closing over $4 Billion in production in his wholesale career.
